We are committed to providing the absolute best quality sausages to every one of our customers. We do so by keeping our ingredient list as simple as possible and by sourcing locally.
Our sausages have no fillers or chemicals. You can buy all the ingredients we use at your local grocery store. We started out by making sausages for ourselves this way and we haven’t changed.
We have teamed up with Musso Farms out of Pueblo, CO for all our chiles. We wanted to support local as much as we could, and we feel Musso Farms was the right fit for us.
Our sausages, unless stated otherwise in their name, are made of a blend of beef and pork. We believe that gives us a perfect blend for texture and taste.
All our sausages are handmade and smoked over Texas pecan wood for a flavor that you simply won’t find in grocery store sausages.
Meet Russ
US Army veteran originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma but settled in Texas after his service. Russ has always worked in the computer field but his hobbies outside of computers is what got him to where he is in being Co-Owner of RK Prime, which if you didn’t figure out, is short for Russ & Kim.
Meet Kim
Originally from Amarillo, Texas, Kim graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Physical Therapy which she decided on as a career path as a child when her grandfather had a stroke and she saw what physical therapy did for him. She wanted to be able to change peoples lives for the good and give them back what they lost.
